Publication Dates
Publication dates are estimates only. ST Promotions will make every effort to meet estimated publication date, but will not be held liable for delays in publication.
Payment
Advertising rates are based on payment upon receipt of order. All ads must be paid in full prior to publication.
Production Charges
Advertiser will be billed for production work required for ad material that does not meet mechanical requirements or for ad production. Production charges as follows:

Proofs
Advertisers who have not supplied screen- or print-ready artwork will receive a proof for corrections. Proofs must be returned within 10 business day or ad will run as is and ST Promotions will not be responsible for errors or ommisions. Incorrect information will be changed at no charge, however changes in design or layout will be charged at a rate of $50/hour. Additional proofs will not be provided unless requested, and will incur a charge of $15 per proof.
Special Requests
Specific placement, positioning, vertical orientation, and other special requests may be secured at the sales representative's discretion and with the final approval of the art department.
